Founded by Alex and Scott, Manufaktory was born from frustration and optimism - two sides of the same coin in the product world.
We're designers, builders, and pragmatists who’ve spent years inside the machine, watching how things are made and where they end up. The answer is often landfill. That doesn’t sit right with us.
So we’re doing things differently.
We know we can’t fix everything. But we can make thoughtful, durable objects that feel good to own and don’t add to the growing pile of throwaway tech. We can challenge the way things are normally done—across design, supply chains, and storytelling. And we can be honest about what’s working, what’s not, and what we still need to figure out.
